Full Battle RattleConsidering the plethora of coverage the conflict in Iraq has garnered in both the news and entertainment field, it is a miracle that filmmakers Tony Gerber (writer/director Side Streets and Small Taste of Heaven) and Jesse Moss (producer/director of Con Man and Rated R: Republicans in Hollywood) were able to create something new and interesting in Full Battle Rattle.

So what’s a first-time filmmaker from Tulsa, Oklahoma doing making a French-language short starring a 6-year-old girl? As the writer/director of “Pink Shorts”, an 8 1/2 minute film featured in NewFilmmakers NY July 2nd lineup, I get asked that a lot.
